10 front squats (BW or higher)
100 yard partner fireman carry
 


MetCon: (partner) 10 rounds, not for time of:
 
Partner 1: 5 strict pullups
Partner 2: plank hold
Partner 3: plank hold

-Keep going Conga line style.
