Work up to a 2-rep Heavy Deficit Deadlift - stand on 45# bumpers
(NOT 2RM)
B.) Back Squat (3-3-3-2-2-2-1-1-1)
3×3 @ 70%
3×2 @ 80%
3×1 @ 90%
C.) Conditioning
As many rounds as possible in 15 minutes of:
10 T2B
15 Box Jumps (24/20)
20 Wall Balls (20/14)
