A.) Every minute on the minute x 10 minutes:


5 Back Squats (255/135)

B.) Every minute on the minute x 20 minutes:

Odd Minutes - 5 Bench Press (185/135) + 10 Air Squats
Even Minutes - 5 TnG Power Cleans (135/95) + 10 Box Jumps (24/20)

C.) Every 30s for 15 minutes:

1 Snatch (135/95)

Rest as needed between all 3 EMOM.
