Off Season: Day 38


A.) Track Session 6 x 400m, on the 3 minute. 

– Attempt to hold the same pace for all six sets.

B.) 5 Rounds for time: 

20 Burpees
30 KBS, 70/53
40 AbMat Sit-ups
50 Air Squats  
Rest exactly 3 minutes between rounds.

Get outside the gym today. This entire session is meant to be done outside at a track – Just bring a kettlebell with you.
