B. EMOM x 20 Minutes:

Even: 5 Back Squats (225/135)
Odd: 10 Stationary Dips
C. MetCon (Time):

160-120-80 Double Unders
80-60-40 Air Squats
40-30-20 Hand Release Push-Ups
