A. Split Jerk: 7 x 2

Warm-up as needed. Rest 2-3 minutes between sets. Use a Jerk grip. Build as heavy as possible.

B. EMOM x 16 Min,

ODD: 2 Rep Deadlift
Even: 1-5 HSPU (Sub L-Seated DB Press)

C. MetCon (Time)
