A. Squat

Front Squat (5-3-1-1-1-1-1)

5 reps @ 70%
3 reps @ 80%
5×1 @ 90%

B. MetCon (Time)

3 Rounds of, 

30 Kettlebell Swings 70/53 
30 Box Jumps 24/20 

C. Strength

Single Arm Dumbbell Row: 4 x 10/Side

Rest 90-120 seconds between sets. Heavy as possible.
